This year’s Friday night cookout, sponsored by the Smith County Historical Society, will be held in a NEW LOCATION. It will be in Smith Center, as in the past, but this year at the Roadside Park on Hwy 36 at the northwest edge of town.
The event kicks off at 5PM, with dinner served about 6. The cookout is a free-will fundraiser for the Historical Society, and participants are encouraged to donate generously.
